“Nice and Safe Stay”
Liked: The parking lot felt hidden and safer than other hotels in ABQ. Being next to that new condominium helped with safety, I felt. The convenience to Cornado Mall and shopping centers next to it was very nice. Front desk staff was friendly.
Disliked: The way breakfast is handled is bizarre. It's not a buffet. You are sat down and have a few items to choose from a menu. If you include the complimentary breakfast on your hotel booking you get a card that you present when you get sat down. Once you are done you get a bill (no payment if you have the complimentary breakfast) to leave a tip. When we stayed, the hostess/staff that sat us rushed us, was visibly annoyed that we showed up 30 minutes before breakfast was over AND gossiped about the other staff to us. Also, having to pay for nightly parking is unfair.

“The room we were assigned was next to the highway which is busy at all hours and traffic is loud.”
Liked: Breakfasts were much better than expected - a little pricey. The hotel was very close to the park and ride pick up area for the Balloon Fiesta. The food in the dinning area was good.
Disliked: The room did not have a safe! We had to carry our valuables (paperwork and camera gear) at all times. The cable TV was intermittent at times with speech and visuals locking up and needing to be reset.

“Excellent”
Liked: It’s new, staff is extremely friendly and helpful. Felt very safe there
Disliked: Our room was close to I40, and it was a bit noisy. Motorcycles, big truck could be heard. It would be nice if the windows could be sound proofed some way. We were on the 4th floor

“Poor front desk attitude. Won't stay there again.”
Liked: bed was comfortable.
Disliked: The receptionist couldn't be bothered to be at the front desk. Sat across several rooms, within visual site of the front desk and so would drag themself to the desk when someone arrived. Spoke/muttered so softly that I could not hear them/understand them. Repeatedly had to ask for the question to be repeated. Instead of repeating the question, they would say a single word as if this explained the entire sentence. They even went into a charades mode rather than say their question. I found their approach and attitude horrible. I will not be staying there again.

“very nice but too short”
Liked: we purchased dinner to take to our room which was very good but expensive. I ordered and paid for guacamole but it was not included with the meal. Hilton has the best pillows every time I stay at one. I have tried to find out how to purchase some but have been unsuccessful.
