Hilton Garden Inn Atlanta Airport North

Liked: I like how close it was to the airport and I like how it was remodeled but a lot of stuff was broken.

Disliked: My bathroom was broken, the lock on the room door was broken, the entrance to the pool was broken also the shower in the bathroom would not stay shut and water getting everywhere.

Liked: Breakfast was good. The employees were very nice.

Disliked: The hall we were on smelled like weed. The bed was hard. The hot tub was freezing.

Disliked: The air was not working properly in my room so I checked out a day earlier and still was charged for 2 nights

Liked: The elevator was quick. The room was large and the bed was comfortable.

Disliked: The first night checking in the lady was not friendly. She charged my card although I had already paid online. She didn't allow me to participate in the promotion they had going on that day. The ice machine on my floor didn't work. Everything else was okay.

Disliked: Several times I came to the desk clerk and there was nobody there

Liked: The location was my choice due to the airport but decided not to use the free shuttle. The room was nice and clean. Plenty of towels and seemed clean. Very nice outside seating areas and breakfast looked inviting but was too expensive

Disliked: Lack of customer service... zero smiles and bothered when asked additional questions. Employees seemed robotic and unpleasant. The male was on his phone ear piece the entire time. The same unhappy lady was there the evening and next morning, maybe over worked. Pool and hot tub both needed attention, looked like used bath water.

Liked: Great location close to the airport and friendly helpful staff

Disliked: It was musty smelling and had some mold problems.

Liked: Location was great, close to many things. Was quiet around the hotel. Bed was comfy. Facilities were nice. Restaurant food was great.

Disliked: Restaurant food and drinks were a bit more expensive than expected but not super high. Doors to the rooms were hard to open and very loud, but worked well.
