“We loved staying at the hotel and will be returning next year, highly recommended”
Liked: The location was excellent for what we needed which was easy access to the university, and also to travel to all the local sightseeing spots. The room was extremely comfortable and the staff were incredibly friendly and helpful especially Danny in the restaurant and our lovely cleaner on the second floor.

“Very good”
Liked: Everything amazing
Disliked: The bed is a little rough. But the main issue is that the rooms are not sound proofed from the outside so, even if you are on the 11th floor, if you chose a city facing room, you can hear traffic and cars and motorcycles passing by until 2am and not get any sleep

“Clean and comfortable”
Liked: Very clean and very comfortable bed and pillows. Friendly, helpful staff Food and drink was very good too
Disliked: I went to have a shower late on my first night at 22:45 and couldn’t get any hot water. But I could in the morning so that was ok

“"It doesn't live up to its rating."”
Liked: I don’t like it
Disliked: Unfortunately, this stay did not live up to the Hilton name. The staff lacked the necessary skills and professional training expected for a hotel of this category. Service in the restaurant was also very poor. Additionally, the noise levels were disruptive; doors slam loudly, and you can hear everything from the hallways. I expected much more from a Hilton property

“Very good”
Liked: Clean and comfortable rooms.
Disliked: The gym is very basic, tho i appreciate there is one. One thing that i didnt like is that hand soap was not provided, only “body soap”, which is not appropriate for washing hands properly. There should be handsoap provided tk avoid infections
