Hilton Garden Inn Seattle Bellevue Downtown

Liked: It was a room.

Disliked: Fake bathroom door with a two inch gap on the side. Every hotel executive who approves barn doors with a huge gap for hotel bathrooms should be barred from using a bathroom with any kind of door for the rest of their lives. Mattress was very firm, noticed duvet was dirty on the morning of the last day. Torn up blinds. Toilet paper holder was propped up and the second I touched it it launched the toilet paper into the garbage can. A/C was loud as hell. When A/C wasn't on there was still a background hum so loud that I couldn't sleep. Room 632 so you can avoid it but honestly avoid the whole hotel. Blink EV chargers in the garage were slow as hell, only one of the four worked. Have to sign up for the app to charge which takes 9,000 steps. An exercise in frustration.

Stayed here on a business trip. The room was spacious and comfortable. Breakfast was served buffet-style but the selection was limited and would get boring if staying for an extended period. Housekeeping was supposed to be every other day, but it was forgotten; even after calling to request cleaning it was overlooked, so the room was cleaned only once in five days. Front desk staff were friendly and helpful, answering questions kindly.

Liked: Great staff room was clean and stay was welcoming

Disliked: Parking was terrible payed for parking and ended up having to park off of property because of no room left when I arrived later at night

Liked: It's an absolutely beautiful property

Disliked: There wasn't anything I didn't like

The check-in process was the worst. It took an incredibly long time and was very inefficient. The staff were very unfriendly. Housekeeping was not done properly. After saying it three times, it was finally done. This caused a significant waste of time. The hotel location is very good. The hotel is clean and nice. It seems to be a problem caused by a lack of staff. Improvements are needed.

Disliked: The staff couldn't find my reservation., was never used

Disliked: Parking shortage
