As everyone says, Hilton Hua Hin is an exceptional hotel. Pros All Staff well trained and seemed happy in their work. Breakfast was amazing with so much choice Loved happy hour on 17th floor Cons My Room was outdated and in need of restoration Hot water ran cold at busy times e.g. breakfast

“A hotel where you can fully enjoy the charm of Hua Hin.”

Check-in was smooth. The remodeled room was clean, functional, and well-equipped, making it comfortable, although the amenities were minimal. The parking is in the basement, but there are only stairs, so it’s better to drop off your luggage at the entrance. The breakfast buffet had a good variety and also accommodated orders, so I didn't get bored even after staying for four nights. The staff were all friendly and smiling, which made it pleasant. Within walking distance, there is an old commercial area where you can enjoy various cuisines. There are many massage options, making it convenient. With a little movement, there are also many markets where you can enjoy shopping. I think the pool is large and overall, it's a great hotel for a relaxing stay.

Disliked: I tried a new renovated room. My thought is about the bath area that's quite inconvenient for usage. There is a bathtub only without any curtain to protect the water leakage to the floor and the way to get into the tub is quite hard
