We loved that the lounge allowed kids the whole day! The indoor garden was very calming and welcoming. Staff were very helpful and approachable. Room was new and clean.

“Wonderful stay”

We had a great stay at the Hilton Kyoto. Situated at a quieter end of the city. It was easy to get to all the shopping areas. The hotel room is spacious and clean. It also has a very peaceful atmosphere. Highly recommended for a stay in Kyoto!

“Best hotel in Kyoto”

Liked: Perfect location. Friendly and helpful staff. Clean and stylish facilities. I had the best massage ever at the spa with the therapist Yuka. Mr.Itsuki was very polite and helpful as he arranged for our luggage transfer. If I come back to Kyoto, I would stay here again without hesitation.

“A very comfortable, stylish and well-located hotel with excellent rooms and overall good value for the price, despite a”

Liked: Spacious, thoughtfully designed rooms, an incredibly comfortable bed, great pajamas, and excellent bathrooms. The hotel is very clean, modern and well located, within walking distance of many sights and neighborhoods. Hospitality was good overall, and the coffee at the lobby counter was very good.

Disliked: The spa massage was by far the biggest disappointment. It was extremely expensive and unfortunately well below average, so I would strongly recommend skipping it. Concierge service was only okay and required quite a bit of follow-up; communication through Booking.com was not very effective, and a missed reservation forced us to rearrange part of our trip. Breakfast was fine but not exceptional, and the breakfast coffee was surprisingly poor.
