Liked: Room services & breakfasts are absolutely amazing. Things are done immediately upon request.

Disliked: I would like to see the restaurant opens later than 9 pm, or the room services menu has more FOOD CHOICES, other than pizza. We got back one night around 9:40 pm, exhausted, found restaurant closed, room services only has pizza available…

“Not level of even 4 star hotel!”

Disliked: My reservation was suite! I didn’t like the following: 1- Long waiting and late check in and not considering tiredness of travelers when arrive the hotel. 2- Reception staff not supportive. 3- No quick response. 4- Room service bad. 5- Air conditioning not working properly.
