i wouldn't recommend staying here as they do not have proper CCTV across their hotel and proper management to handle a theft in their hotels. There's no CCTV footage for them to check on this and only relied on their housekeeping team to verify. Honestly, how do you expect them to verify for you if you do not have a proper protocol in place. Our friend lost her favourite shoes in the hotel and honestly, it's quite disappointing the way they have handled it. We really hope the Hilton management and service really improves especially for a place like London and tourists travelled long and far just to stay here. What un unpleasant experience.

⭐ 1/5 – Terrible Experience! Extremely disappointing experience. Jewelry went missing from my hotel room during my stay, and I suspect it may have happened during housekeeping. This raises serious concerns about guest safety and security. Completely unacceptable for a hotel of this standard. I would strongly advise others to be extremely careful with their belongings.

i get into my room, boogers on the walls, hair and tissues in the bathroom, towels had hair, room so dirty if i wasn’t their for only 10h and had to be in places during that time i would’ve taken pictures, for the price you pay you expect top tier, better hotels around london for better prices
