“Acceptable”

My flight got cancelled and I couldn’t check in. I informed the hotel by email and message as soon as possible beforehand. The hotel turned a deaf ear to me and refused to give a refund. I will not stay at this hotel ever again.

“Exceptional”

Liked: I liked that I was able to order food in the bar and get a decent meal at a reasonable time. Being an American, we are not used to the late night Spanish dining hours. Also, we had an early flight so it was nice to get our meal at a reasonable time so we could get to bed.

“Disappointing, never staying there ever again.”

Liked: Close to airport

Disliked: Staff wasn’t nice, there were dirty trays for room service on the hallway to my bedroom. Amenities are so basic and oldish.

“Perfect location to stay before leaving the airport early next morning”

Liked: We had supper in the bar area, all meal choices were good. Our room was quiet and the shuttle to the airport was efficient

“Very good”

Liked: The room was adequate for the price given. Would expect a bit more for the price tag but cannot have any complain. Location was superb & the suttle was pretty good on timings & rotation. Breakfast was more than expected as it had everything you can require.

Disliked: Would like to have a slightly bigger bed/room for the price tag given.
