“Amazing hotel”
Stunning hotel, gorgeous rooms, an amazing in-room onsen, and free access to the public onsen. The hotel pool is beautiful and clean. The staff is very attentive and friendly. Highly recommended! The resort covers a very large area, which is something to keep in mind for guests with walking difficulties. It is a bit far from the ferry terminal and the city center.

Wonderful experience Price was acceptable Close to Hanoi The sea-crossing highway is beautiful A resort for experiences and health recovery, very relaxing. Nice rooms.

“Traveling with children”
My family had a pleasant and relaxing stay at Hilton Quang Hanh Onsen Resort. The resort’s location is peacefully beautiful, surrounded by mountains. The staff were very attentive and courteous.

“Pure heaven. Would definitely visit again.”
Liked: Splendid all over, room, hotel grounds, staff, the restaurants. Luxury resort and lives up to this expectation.
Disliked: Onsen too busy with non hotel guests in the morning. Better for guests to enjoy in the afternoon and evening when it’s less busy.

“Hot spring tourism Onsen”
I stayed here back when it was still Yoko Onsen and now that it’s become Hilton. The rooms and facilities are the same, not much has changed. The shampoo, body wash, conditioner and body lotion are the brand supplied across the Hilton chain and I quite like them—the scent feels more upscale. They allowed early check-in even though the official time is 3 PM. The air-conditioning in the room is set to cool in summer and warm in winter. Fruit and mochi cakes were placed on the table and were very fresh and tasty, especially the mochi. What I didn’t like was that the breakfast and dinner buffets aren’t very varied, especially the dinner buffet—which at 700,000 VND per person I find too expensive for the quality and limited number of dishes; the items are quite simple. They’ve also removed the in-room set dinner that used to be offered and replaced it with à la carte; portion sizes are a bit small. I hope Hilton takes this feedback on board to make improvements.
