“A good chain hotel”
Liked: A good chain hotel. The rooms are quite spacious. There is a varied selection of food; various drinks are included at breakfast, while drinks at lunch come at an extra cost. The location is good, situated near a pine forest reserve. The nearest beach is mediocre—featuring a rocky entry and seaweed—whereas a clean sandy beach is a 20-minute walk away. Housekeeping is regular, everything is clean, and the beds are comfortable. You can get beach/pool towels for free.
Disliked: There was no clothes drying rack or dish soap (even though the presence of a kitchen implies cooking). The pool is quite deep for toddlers.

“Excellent”
Liked: The hotel is located at the very end of the Cala Millor area. The closest beach is 2 minutes by foot, it is stony but much less busy and commercialised than the sandy one in the center (approx.15 minutes by foot). The hotel itself is very nice, the rooms are clean and tidy, A/C works well. We even had partial sea view which was much appreciated. The staff is friendly and welcoming, the animation for kids was not very exciting but for adults there were mojito and sangria demos and water games every day at the pool. The pool area is well kept, it is a bit weird that the pool is salty and it is objectively small for the hotel of this size, but in the morning/evening hours it wasn't too crowded. The breakfast was very good, plenty of choice. Overall we had a very nice holiday, thank you.
Disliked: The pool is small for the hotel's size, the balconies are on the small side too. The fridge door had trouble closing and it wasn't possible to store ice there. Otherwise all good

“Very good hotel”
Liked: 1. Staff 2. Great dinners 3. Quite area 4. Cleanliness 5. Very good rooms with all what you need 6. Nice big balcony
Disliked: 1. The hotel is quite old, requires some renovation. 2. Even though the location is good (quite area, close to the sea), but in order to reach a good beach to swim without rocks you have to walk 15-20 mins. 3. The pool is quite small considering amount of people in the hotel.

“Acceptable hotel with friendly staff, but too expensive for what it offers”
Liked: I travelled with two kids and the breakfast was good enough. The beach is acceptable, but I'd recommend renting a car and exploring the island. Also, there are many restaurants around and towards Cala Millor. The personal was very helpful and friendly! Thanks to them!
Disliked: The room was old. The electrical switch didn't work in the bedroom. Everything seemed old and not maintained. There was bad smell from the bathroom. For the price I paid, I'd expect to not have such issues.

“Exceptional”
Liked: it was a pleasant experience from start to finish. The staff were exceptionally friendly and welcoming, making check-in quick. My room was clean, comfortable, to a spacious bathroom.The hotel’s location was perfect.

“Good but not great”
Liked: Great location,close to the beach. Amazing stuff, great entertaining shows for kids and adults also
