Liked: Lovely spa and rooms. Great breakfast selection

Disliked: The soundproofing wasn’t great and neighbouring room child woke up at 5am

Liked: - cleanliness - airy - staff polite - each and every one we met - breakfast and the buffet dinner - absolutely perfect. You couldn’t ask for more freshness or choice. - Gastrobar - great daytime dining option - loads of space by the pool side - absolutely no shortage of sunbeds! - drinks and food all good prices

Disliked: - there isn’t a lot not to like! - room service is available - but we didn’t realise until the last day!.. make sure you check out the QR code in your room when you arrive - no food allowed by poolside

Liked: The hotel was pretty amazing, much better than I expected. It's located nearby the local bars and shops, and 5-7 mins to the beach. It was new and convenient inside: the best part was the quality of breakfasts (including soft and hot drinks, as well as sparkling wine) and dinners. Prices in the bar were ok

Liked: An excellent hotel with a beautiful design from the lobby to the rooms. The cleanliness as well from the lobby to the spa and pool (verifying the water and seeing it being filtered). The staff was great nice and helpful every time. The room has everything you need (good quality products from rituals, bathrobes, coffee and coffee machine, tv) and very spacious. The spa is wonderful big luminous and clean with hot and cold pools, steam and Turkish bath. The breakfast and dinner were varied and with fresh products and even diet options. The coffee and every beverage was also good quality. The taxi is very easy to find.

Disliked: Some tourists that do not respect others screaming jumping into the pool or being naked at the spa

Liked: The new hotel, rooms are confortable. The breakfast is exceptional. Dinner is also good. Nice swimming pool, poll bar and gastro bar. 5 minutes by walk to beach.

Disliked: There is no option to book king bed. Room are equipped with coffee machine but hotel gives complimentary 3 coffee capsules only. More capsules to be requested via reception desk. It should be awailable as mini-bar items and daily replenish to avoid asking reception everytime when you want drink coffee in the room. Honestly, considering the room prices, the capsules should be available for free

Liked: The room and the view were fantastic. Breakfast (and dinner the few times we had on campus) was great. Great variety of options. The pool was clean and well maintained. Perfect if you wanted the sun without the sand and the crowds around the beach area.

Disliked: It is hard to say, so I am just mentioning something that could have been a bit better - perhaps a small food menu at the roof bar would be great. The drinks and service was fantastic, but there were no food options.

Liked: The Staff were amazing & The Spa was good. The View from the room was lovely.

Disliked: We paid £340 for a night for a Junior Suit but were given a very small room which did not look like Suit. The furniture was a bit old looking for a 5* hotel. We did not have a sofa in the room as in the photos but a very small table. Food was not fresh at breakfast especially the fruits. The pool area had pigeons around..

Liked: best breakfast ive seen in a hotel in a long time.selection for everyone and all fresh and well stocked and maintained

Disliked: pool area did get very crowded and difficult to get a bed as the usual carry on of towel on bed and off to do a days sightseeing while leaving the bed unoccupied
