Great location with friendly saff The location is excellent transport was paid but available on time from airport pick n drop.The staff were exceptionally helpful n curtious, facilities met excellent overall

I would like to sincerely thank the entire hotel team for their kindness, hospitality and excellent service. We had a very pleasant stay and were truly happy with our experience. A special thank you to Mr. Zeynet and the wonderful ladies in the kitchen, Almas and Gülcan. They were always kind, helpful and welcoming, and their warm smiles made us feel at home. I would also like to thank Ayşe from the housekeeping team for her care and attention. The hotel was very clean and well maintained. The location is excellent, very close to many of Istanbul’s most beautiful tourist attractions, which made it very convenient for us to explore the city. We stayed in one of the hotel’s apartments, which had large, spacious and bright rooms. It was very comfortable, especially for a family. The only thing to keep in mind is that the apartment building does not have an elevator, so the stairs may be a little difficult for guests with mobility problems. Overall, we are very satisfied with our stay and especially grateful to the wonderful staff who made us feel so welcome. Thank you all for your hospitality! We would be happy to stay here again. ❤️

Best and the most friendly and helpful staff in İstanbul! The lobby is filled with the warmth and genuine hospitality of the hotel manager.

Very central for all your excursion needs! Everything is within walking distance or If you'd like to go a little further the sea is just 4 stops on the tram. The hotel is small, but the rooms are very nice and cosy with a big double bed, conditioner, fridge and great bathroom and shower. Breakfast is across the road on the rooftop, but what a panoramic view of the sea and the Blue Mosque! The breakfast itself is pretty good, especially the cheese and cake selection. It is a bit repetitive in its choices, however, especially with the hot food. There is no café or restaurant in the hotel itself (or swimming pool). Nevertheless, their are about 30 restaurants within a stone's throw of the hotel. Be careful of tourist area prices though! Staff were extremely friendly and helpful too! Overall, a great choice and value for money in the heart of the city centre! Enjoy!
