Historic Center House

Liked: Wonderful location. Center of the main walking only street in Sorrento. Lots of shops and restaurants around. Short walk to the beach. Couldn't be better.

Disliked: We had a couple of major issues in the apartment during our stay. Issues were resolved only the next afternoon. Water was not draining in the shower and it smelled like sewage. We were thinking of just going to a different hotel at that point. Also, in the middle of us cooking the dinner the gas ran out. They only fixed it the next evening. So we couldn't use the kitchen for the entire day. When I tried to reach someone in the morning - there was no answer also until afternoon. Some communication would have helped. Also, it seems that administrator knew how to fix the drainage in 1 minute, yet it took them until next afternoon to resolve it. No one came in the evening when issue happened, not even first thing in the morning. This is not the way to manage hospitality business. Also, the condition of the apartment is bad, it needs renovation in many things. Even small things like having extra trash bag or TP roll or extra hand soap - one for each bathroom - would improve the experience. It's not a cheap place to stay but the impression is the owners are super cheap.

Liked: La propiedad tiene una excelente ubicación! En cuanto bajas del apartamento sales directo a la calle principal lo cual esta muy cool para pasear. El apartamento tenia dos baños lo cual era excelente para una estadía de 4 personas!

Disliked: No me gusto que realmente solo es un cuarto con cama matrimonial y por afuera como arriba de la sala de estar hay como un estilo tapanco con dos camas individuales están incomodas y el techo es muy bajo lo cual tienes que estar encorvado para poder acceder a él y eso que yo mido 1.60cm.

Liked: We had a wonderful stay! The location was perfect—right between the town center and the port, with easy access to shops, ferries, buses, and trains. The apartment was spacious, comfortable, and had great beds. Coming back to the cool air conditioning after a hot day outside was amazing. The host (Ms Rossella) was always easy to reach and responded very quickly. Everything was excellent, and we highly recommend this place! 😊

Disliked: Stairs to upstairs loft very difficult.

Liked: Amazing location! Right in the middle of Sorrento but is still quiet. Lots of room (except for the top floor, which you cannot stand straight up in unless you are shorter than 5'3). Overall, decent stay for the location! And the air conditioning gets REALLY cold. Having two bathrooms was very nice.

Disliked: The reception desk was often empty, including when we left our luggage. Beach towels are available at an additional cost. Beds are not super comfortable. Could use a deep cleaning throughout the home.

Liked: Location Manager, Crystal

Disliked: Water bottle for each guest would have been nice.

Liked: The location is fantastic. Shopping and restaurants as soon as you step out of your door. The lift makes it nice for getting your luggage in.

Disliked: Only point I am taking off is that you have to navigate a crowded shopping alley for 300 meters with your wheeled luggage on the uneven street. It is not mentioned anywhere in their listing. I would however stay here again and prepare better next time.

Liked: Location was awesome!

Disliked: The closet space available was not meant for 5’7”- you had to be 6 ft Noise carry’s within the common grounds/ apt building-particularly at night 9-12MN. And if you’re a light sleeper, the noise outside in the pedestrian fender Street might be a bit much, for me it was Not.
