“Can improve”

Cleanliness should be improved in the common areas and sanitaries. Dust in lots of places. Dirty mirrors and smelly bathroom.. Cheap and works well enough for a one nighter but I wouldn't stay there long term.

“not satisfied with the level of cleanliness of the hotel”

- I had requested photos of the room I would be receiving, and the hotel sent pictures of a room with a window (I also chose this type and noted it in the booking). However, upon arrival, the room was completely closed off and quite stuffy. - The cleanliness was not very good as the comb was very dirty, and there was a hair on the soap dish; the faucet and sink had not been cleaned for quite some time, and the toilet was the same. - As soon as I entered the room, I noticed an unpleasant smell (there was no air freshener). - The experience was somewhat acceptable (as I had to use body wash to clean those areas, which made it look a bit more hygienic). I hope the hotel will pay more attention to the external perception of customers (I am not picky, but honestly, the air in the room made it hard for me to breathe; then when I went to the toilet and saw hair in a pretty high position, it made me uncomfortable and stressed).

“Excellent”

The hotel is a bit small but has enough parking space. I booked a single room but due to lack of availability, the hotel upgraded me to a room with two double beds, but the beds and floor were very dusty as if they hadn't been cleaned before the guests arrived. However, the room is cheap and it's about 300-400 meters from the beach, so that's okay. ESPECIALLY THERE IS NO HOT WATER.
