“Old but clean”

The building looks old but is clean. Water pressure is good and really hot. Near to local food store

“Exceptional”

The hotel is a bit small but close to places to eat and event venues. The staff are friendly, the rooms are clean, and fully equipped.

“Complaint about facilities and cleaning staff”

In the fridge when I arrived there was someone else’s used water bottle and I was accused of it and told I wasn’t allowed to take water from below after 9 days of staying, and the cleaning staff were fussy, saying the room couldn’t be too dirty.

“Exceptional”

This is a place for people working in Hanoi to stop by and rest. I often come back here because there are amenities nearby, the hotel is clean and the price is like a guesthouse — very good.

“The bathroom equipment is not stable.”

My friend and I booked a weekend deluxe double room and were given a room on the 2nd floor, but the bathroom facilities didn’t seem as good as the standard room the hotel initially prepared for us to stay in temporarily (because the hotel hadn’t finished cleaning the room even though we only arrived to check in at 3:30 PM). I hope the hotel improves this for future stays.

“Very good”

The room has a few small cockroaches, and hotel staff are attentive to exterminating and eliminating them.
