“Acceptable”

Liked: Close enough to walk.

Disliked: Was pretty run down. Door had to be kicked open. Pillows and bed linens were very cheap feeling. Towels were small and thin. Staff didn't give fresh towels unless asked. Manager was very harsh when keys didn't work.

“I booked this property by mistake, thinking it was elsewhere. I know now not to stay here again”

Liked: The river view was phenomenal

Disliked: It’s very dated, the floor in the bathroom and around the sink was ok, I was afraid to walk barefoot on the indoor/outdoor carpet.

“It was awful!”

Liked: Nothing

Disliked: Paid $100 more for a premium room with a jacuzzi tub and fireplace. Neither worked. Out of order signs. Ate a their restaurant. Worst German meal I ever had. The Weiner schnitzel was soaked in bacon grease as well as the potato pancakes. The only good thing was the beer. I would not recommend this to anyone!! This is the third bad result this year using Booking.com. Not sure I’ll be using your services going forward..
