Holi Panorama Condotel

The first room allocated was smelling bad after hrs of wait the host assigned a different room but everyday we would see small cockroaches on bed and table. The location is good but the place is noisy.

I was on high floor and all was ok

Holi Panorama Condotel- Amazing location in the central area and just a few minutes away from the beach! We booked the Grand Executive Terrace Suite (2 queen-size beds and 1 single bed) on the 12th-floor corner, and the balcony view facing the beach was simply magnificent. Watching both the sunrise and sunset with the sun shining through the window was an unforgettable experience. There's a infinite pool on the rooftop- entry fee will cost you 220vnd per person per entry. They do also have a free The pool is on level 6 its just a small cozy one. Truly worth the money if you are looking for an incredible view and prime location. Shoutout to the cleaning staff as well—they were excellent!

I was glad that we were able to speak with the Holi Panorama agent and arrange to move my booking to 8 November. However, when we arrived today, the condition of the room was completely unacceptable and, in my view, presented a serious health and hygiene risk to my family. The room we were given was 12A.17. There was significant black mould and a cockroach infestation. There were even small cockroaches on the bed. My children were shocked and extremely uncomfortable when they saw the condition of the room. I immediately contacted the property regarding these issues, but my message was not acknowledged and no alternative room or meaningful solution was provided. We could not safely stay in the room, particularly with my children and wife, so that night at 9pm I had to book alternative accommodation. Hotel through the Agoda app. I have attached photographs showing the condition of the room and the health and hygiene concerns. I dont usually write a review, but as a responsible human being with children, this room must not be advertised and really deep clean, pest controls etc!!!!

Probably the 5th time I’ve stayed here. It’s always the reason I come back to Nha Trang.

Liked: They are scammers! Don’t book!

A very wonderful stay here. It's very close to the beach, we can walk there about 5 mins. The weather is so nice. I love it.

Overall Review: The location is very good, the staff are friendly, and the value for money is great. Advantages: 1. The location is excellent as it is right in front of the beach. 2. The lobby and rooms are clean. 3. The swimming pool on the 6th floor is decent. 4. There is a hotel KakaoTalk QR code in the room for contact, and they respond very kindly. 5. It is nice to use the Blue Sky on the 40th floor. Disadvantages: 1. There is a spa on the 6th floor, but you need to pay a separate fee (40,000-50,000 VND per hour) to use it. 2. There are not many elevators, so there can be some waiting time.
