“Great hotel and very friendly and accommodating staff.”

We stayed for 6 nights and very happy with the facilities, particularly the beach club. We enjoyed our stay, good location with lots of shops near by. Buffet breakfast was consistent.

“Location Excellent”

Great stay at hotel and loved the view from our Seaview room. The hotel reception staff and concierge team were absolutely fantastic and couldn't of been more helpful. The breakfast was very nice. We were however very disappointed with the disconnection between the hotel and the beach bar. 90% of the staff at the beach bar had no understanding of charging drinks to the room or the discounts and I had to make repeated trips to reception to get yet another discount card to ensure drinks were charged correctly. 4 time during out stay there were no beach towel available which meant another trip up to the room for bath towels just so we could beach or pool swim. The cabana pool area required a good clean as the concrete was full of road dust and marks from spilt drinks. Apart from this an enjoyable stay but definitely room for improvement. The rooms are quite small so if youvare a couple one suitcase would be on the floor, also some none opening cupboards could have been useful. Also several time changes for afternoon tea caused confusion.

“Optimal location and beautiful view”

I really enjoyed being able to use the wonderful swimming pool and private beach. The location is perfect, as it's in the tourist area of An Tuong. Thanks to the friendly staff, I had a pleasant 6-night stay. One of the two hotel towers is under renovation, but the operating tower is independent, so there shouldn't be any problems. I would love to visit again. Additionally, the private beach offers complimentary sunbeds and towels during each visit, and complimentary drinks are provided during the first visit. They even offer a free airport transfer service after checkout, which was really nice.
