Room a bit small but spacious and clean. Variety of food choices for breakfast. Walking distance to Braga Street. Nearby train station as well.

After an excellent initial stay at Holiday Inn Express Bandung Braga by IHG, I decided to extend my stay for another night — and once again, the service was exceptional. The entire team continued to deliver more than 5-star standards. Everyone was friendly, helpful and genuinely welcoming. Special mention again to Inez from the front office, who is truly a gem and consistently goes above and beyond to make guests feel welcomed. The room was clean and well maintained, while the bed remained incredibly comfortable — so much so that getting out of it was still a struggle! 😂 And those heavenly pillows definitely made leaving the bed even harder. Another fantastic stay, excellent value for money, and I’ll definitely be back!
I had an excellent stay at Holiday Inn Express Bandung Braga by IHG and was genuinely impressed by the level of service and hospitality throughout my stay. The entire team here are more than 5-star standards. Everyone was incredibly friendly, helpful, welcoming and attentive, from the concierge and front office team to the restaurant and housekeeping staff. Their warmth and genuine willingness to assist really made the stay feel comfortable and hassle-free. One staff member who particularly stood out was Inez from the front office reception. She is truly a gem to have on the team. Her warmth, attentiveness and willingness to go the extra mile really made an impression, and she deserves special recognition for the excellent service she provided. The room was clean, comfortable and well maintained, with everything I needed for a pleasant stay. And the bed was so incredibly comfortable that getting out of it every morning was genuinely difficult! 😂 The pillows were absolutely heavenly too, making it very easy to get a good night’s sleep. Overall, this was a fantastic stay and excellent value for money. The service genuinely felt beyond 5-star standards, and I would definitely be happy to stay here again. Highly recommended!
