Disliked: The worst experience of my life, we could not find it as there aas no shuttle as advertised, we were put in a very dirty room with used towels on the floor, no shuttle again to get back to the airport. No breakfast stale cupcake and expired yogurt to go.

“Exceeded expectations with a comfortable stay”

Liked: I've not stayed in a Holiday Inn Express before but was very impressed. The room sizes were generous and the included breakfast exceeded expectations. The hotel was also well insulated as you couldn't hear the planes from Heathrow inside (even though you could outside). The staff were very pleasant and happy to deal with requests as my wife had surgery during our stay in London.

Disliked: The price of water at the vending machine was quite steep (£2.20 for 500ml) but given the value of the stay, that was minor. One thing that really disturbed us on the first night was the fire alarm sounding for a few seconds at 1am, which meant we were woken abruptly and struggled to get back to sleep. I expect that was a one off and our second night was peaceful.

Disliked: Reservation staff at the front desk. No option to modify reservation and no refund policy. Entry key kept giving trouble for fitness center access.
