Disliked: Room keys didnt work, had to get them reactivated every time we went to our room. The room was very small for a king room, the bathroom was very small as well.

Liked: Location to Riverwalk

Disliked: It was our anniversary. The pool was closed, our room had a broken A/C and they had to downgrade us due to lack of rooms just to get a working A/C.

Liked: room was by elevator as requested. problem with tub draining was handles within a couple of hours of complaint. no further issues. very close to many eatery and attractions

Disliked: not very handicap accessible. no clear instructions on paid parking had to go back and ask. narrow side entrance to try and get luggage in, no option of valet parking. no in room coffee maker

Liked: The room was clean. The second one the put us in. I liked that it was a stop on the ghost tour.

Disliked: They moved us out of the first room after being in there and put us in a second. Couldn’t get us a king size bed even though we booked the week before. I wasn’t told we would be charged for parking until we got there. Booking.com told us to be there between 12-1. Room wasn’t ready. I was told we would get a discount on parking for the rooms being messed up, but then they ended up charging us even extra. We won’t be back.

Disliked: The parking was the worst and it had no pool
