“Very good”

Liked: Breakfast and house keeping staff are friendly.

Disliked: the front desk offered zero customer service. Check-in was cold, rushed, and without a smile. He made me feel completely unwelcome and left a terrible first impression.

“We love Marjorie!”

We had a wonderful stay at the hotel! Marjorie from the staff was absolutely great. She was so helpful and kind, especially when it came to giving us recommendations on where to go and how to get to different places. My daughter is autistic, and I really appreciated how welcoming, understanding, and accommodating everyone was. We felt comfortable and had no hassle during our stay. Thank you, Marjorie, for making our trip easier and more enjoyable! We truly appreciate your kindness and excellent service. We would definitely stay here again!

“Incidentalls charged twice”

What spoilt this initil 4 night stay £505.78 then additional 2 nights £248.58, total £ 754. 36 was that i was charged twice for incidentals $150, $300 in total. I feel the initial payment should of transferred to the next booking. Secondly I was advised by a reception staff member to wrongly use the airwallet app and I was charged twice for the washer dryer. He then told me to contact the company. Very unhelpful. This wasnt a large amount but the principal.
