Fair choice for families who want a good location with a pool. Hotel a little run down and pool hours limited. But location fine and room acceptable

“Great hotel at excellent location”

Great hotel at excellent location. Staffs are very friendly and approachable as well. Just that the interior of the room and bathroom are quite old and needed a good renovation or refurbishment. Wifi in the room is not very stable. I worked in the room and the connection can be slow at times. Nearest MTR exit is TST MTR Exit N5 but do note there is only staircase at this exit. Many eateries around the hotel.

“You gotta ask for renovated rooms”

Our first night was a nightmare becausee the staff gave us an old room and the air con was super loud. I called service staff and the solution she gave me was to ‘turn off the fan’….at the end, the duty manager helped us to move to the renovated room the second night.

“Excellent Location and Staff Services”

Our stay was comfortable and enjoyable. Highly recommended staff friendliness and services. However, the hotel is in urgent need of renovation and modernization. Air conditioning was noisy and lack of adjustment. Bathroom facilities were out of 1990's. Some lighting controls at the bedside table were not even functionable. The entire room looked more like from a country motel of the last century.
