“Fantastic hotel”
Liked: The staff at reception is brilliant, really lovely and super helpful. I could check in early and that really helped me be on time for work later. They also scheduled an alarm so I wouldn't miss my super early train the following day. My room was so nice, I was gutted I could only enjoy it for one night. I would definitely stay here again

“It was neat and nice.”
Our trip was to visit Miniatur Wunderland with my child, so the location within walking distance was perfect. It was clean, spacious, and nice. You can walk to the Maritime Museum and Miniatur Wunderland. Breakfast was also delicious.

“Nice and safe area, very fresh and modern rooms”
Liked: The hotel and the rooms is very modern, clean and fresh. It's located right in the HafenCity, which is one of the safest areas in town, next to the new shopping mall with a very good REWE supermarket, which has a lot of good things. The beads are very convenient and the bathroom is the right size, with a warming-up towel hanger, which is very nice. The shower is also great and convenient with water running very well. All the drains were working great (in the sink and shower). The room had plenty of space to put things on and a suitcase. It didn't feel tight for two pretty big adults. The breakfast is also amazing! It was only 5 minute taxi ride from the main train station, which is amazing.

“Perfekt stay for a long weekend in Hamburg”
Liked: Clean rooms, walkable streets and a breakfast with a good variety of food. The breakfast staff was very welcoming and supportive. The food was fresh and with healthy options. Delicious!
Disliked: The checkout lady wasn’t very polite. At first she saw me standing and waiting for checkout but seemed not amused and stayed in her room in the back. After minutes she came and seemed annoyed of working. No customer service, no thank you for your stay with us, no good by, have a good day or something. She was an Asian looking, young girl. Very disappointing.

“Very close to HafenCity and great breakfast”
Liked: The area is very safe and HafenCity is very close with all the stores. It's also a walking distance from Hamburg Hbf, but I wouldn't recommend to take a walk at night because it's not safe near the central station. The room was very fresh and clean, and the bathroom as well. Breakfast has a good variety and warm meals like omelette, rösti, sausages, pancakes, etc.

“Very good”
Liked: Great location
Disliked: Billing was confusing, rooms are only cleaned every other day, which was only mentioned in the lift as a note. This would not be a problem if it was made more public and the price would be reduced accordingly.
