Liked: The property has mis advertised and posted false photos. I was shocked to see the actual room- it was disgusting. The sheets on the bed were stained and dirty, the one towel was stained, the room smelt like it had never been cleaned. The entire room was so unhygienic that we did not want to touch anything. Please DO NOT stay here. The staff is also not helpful at all.

Disliked: I had a very disappointing experience here. I booked a room and later they tried to charge me extra. I was tired and asked the reception staff for some water, but they responded very unprofessionally, saying, “Jitna aap pay kar rahe ho us mein pani nahi aata.” I was already paying for the room, so this attitude was shocking. On top of that, my Rs. 309 change was left with them. When I asked for it back, they were reluctant to return it. The amount may not be huge, but it’s about honesty and basic customer service. Very poor hospitality and unprofessional behavior. I would not recommend this place

Disliked: The hotel management initially sent us the address of a different property via WhatsApp. When we arrived late at night, as previously communicated to them, the hotel manager informed us that the hotel was fully booked and that no room was available for us. After a prolonged discussion with the management, we were eventually accommodated in another hotel. However, the alternative accommodation was significantly below the standard of our original booking. Instead of the promised two double beds and a futon bed, the room contained only a single bed with additional mattresses placed in a basement area. The discount offered was minimal and did not adequately compensate for the inconvenience and downgrade in accommodation. Furthermore, the bathroom facilities were not functioning properly, adding to our discomfort and dissatisfaction.
