Breakfast team terrific. Housekeeping females argue amongst themselves all day every day I stayed 1 week. Housekeeping boys lovely as were bar staff. Female spa receptionist and female lifeguard painful and annoying. No social or customer service skills. Great location average swimming pool.

… moldy bathroom. Smell was very strong and obvious black mold growing on the walls. Room felt very dirty even though it had been surfaced cleaned - stained carpets and couch, bad smell.

Location was fabulous..close to the underground and bus stops. Close to shopping and restaurants. Marks and Spencer was a 3 minute walk! Hotel was clean and staff was very helpful. Sad we couldn't use the pool..the got tub was out of order so didnt want to pay for.the pool only. Did not get breakfast included as it was too expensive..but lots places nearby for quick pastries and coffee! I would definitely stay here again.
