“Very noisy room”

Do not book a room facing the road seams like the dont have nois reducing windows. I was on 8. Floor and didn't sleep! No shower curtain and the Shower head was only reached me to the chest. You can hear Water pump from other rooms and so on.... Not my first time in Lax having a relaxing stopover but no rest this time Holiday In upgrades needed here!!!

“I will never stay here again! The hotel needs to be shut down and rebuilt over”

Liked: Nothing

Disliked: Well the property is filthy & very old. The pictures don’t look anything like the actual hotel.. they had to move my room due to the bathroom not having hot water and moved me to room that was smaller and very dirty

“Exceptional”

Liked: I arrived more than 6 hours early and was able to check in and store my luggage while I was placed on the wait list for a possible early check in. I was also able to book a round-trip transportation to Sofi stadium right at the front desk. The staff was extremely nice and professional, from front desk to housekeeping. The room was great for the price and the location was ideal.

“Overall, a good stay but a little high in cost for the overall service”

Liked: The properties while taking care of and very clean

Disliked: Nothing to do with the property, but I believe that the agency runs too few shuttles. If they would enhance their shuttle service to expedite passenger transport, that would really make a perfect scenario
