“Great locale and fair price.”
Liked: Great location, clean, comfortable rooms. Requested and gotten an early check in:)
Disliked: The rooms are on the small side, but that’s New York City for you.

“Definitely avoid. Better value in any of the adjacent ones.”
Liked: The only good thing about this place is the location. This also might be debatable on how likely you are to step out at night and how much drugs laden folks hanging outside your hotel bothers you.
Disliked: Multiple issues - - was given a couple of free drinks coupons as part of IHG platinum elite benefits and was explicitly told we could get cocktails if we liked. Only to be told post billing that it’s only valid for beer and wine. When I confronted the reception about it, they literally said “oops! Sounds like I need to educate my staff better”. That’s it. The response was condescending to say the least. Apparently the restaurant and hotel only “share” the building and no communication between them. - Avoid the breakfast or the bar tbh. The breakfast was terrible. Drinks were made in a hurry and the bartender literally spilled a decent chunk of my drink while making it and served it to me as is. - rooms are terribly and unbelievably small. Even for Times Square. Most other hotels around the area will provide a better value for your money as we found out a couple of days later. - one of the beds was sagging and really uncomfortable. The other one was just fine. So ymmv. - the property is quite run down for the price you pay. There’s no excuse for lack of renovations at such a prime location.

Disliked: The room is very very small, and have just 2 elevators for 30 floors (you may wait 4-5 minutes).

“It was a good location, close to everything but the room was dated and noisy, hallway and street”
Liked: The room was on the front of the building and very, very noisy, you could hear every car, fire truck, people talking, horn, etc. Lots of noise in the hallway too. It was difficult to sleep or relax in the room.
Disliked: The noise and loud talking in the hall way early in the morning. I requested to be moved after checking in but that went on deaf ear. Staff was not accommodating.
