“Quite nice”

The room is not so spacious but is clean. You could take the tram to the city center for just around 20 mins. The tram station is just right opposite to the hotel. The breakfast was good.

“Very disappointing stay with unacceptable cleanliness and poor customer service.”

Liked: Nothing in particular

Disliked: The cleanliness was well below an acceptable standard. We found an insect in our room, the carpet was visibly stained and dirty, and the bed linen did not appear freshly changed. The room also had no refrigerator or in-room telephone to contact reception. When we raised our concerns, we felt that some members of staff were dismissive and irritated rather than helpful. Overall, the cleanliness, room facilities, and customer service were far below our expectations.
