Liked: Did 4 hotels in 4 European countries and this was clearly friendliest and cleanest of the four

Disliked: It shouldn’t be that hard to run a hotel, holiday inn’s are bright snf warm in interactions with customers

Liked: Abosuletely everything! We had even early checkin, as we desired, staff were very kind, spottless hygiene each day not only in room but also in common spaces. The breakfast were each day fresh,warm and with several different choices- sweet,savory,even local specialities…its been a while since we have been so satisfied with any hotel! A big THANK YOU:)

Liked: Everything, especially the view of 13th floor

Liked: Comfortable and cute room with a great bed and decent shower. The hotel is centrally located not far from the train station. It has a high-altitude exercise room fun for seeing the city in skyscraper mode. My room view had some trees at least. Wifi was included. The buffet breakfast was amazing, likely the best I've ever seen, even though it wasn't included with the cost of the room.

Disliked: Lots of cigarette smoking outside the front doors, by guests, meant I often had to enter or leave the building through clouds of cigarette smoke. There was a sauna but it was filled with men, each time I checked, leaving me (as a solo woman) not as comfortable visiting. Too bad there's no gender separated sauna option. I definitely would have visited the sauna (and even gotten up early for it) had that been possible.

Liked: Location good. Breakfast was great

Disliked: Prices were on the high side

Liked: It's a comfortable hotel in a great location. We stayed on the 10th floor, so the view was stunning. The bed was alright.

Liked: Second time staying here, central to train station. Staff are all professional & friendly. Great breakfast to start our day

Liked: Nice room. Good breakfast. Small gym with a good view.

Disliked: Very busy at breakfast time
