“Give the night front desk lady a raise. She was wonderful”

Liked: I was delayed in Atlanta due to plane delay, had to stay overnight. it was 12pm and looking fora hotel. This hotel had a room available. I had started my day of travel at 8 am, delay after delay, cancelations etc., The evening front desk person, was absolutely wonderful. It showed on the computer that were no rooms available after I had booked it online in the airport, she FOUND ME A ROOM. She also was so nice and gave me some bottles of water, and some cookies. she also gave me some cheese and meat paks. I was so grateful just to get a clean room and warm bed.

Disliked: The swimming pool. That area had an unpleasant smell and water VERY cold. We still enjoyed ourselves, but morr attention to the smell would make it over the top. (Not sure if the chemical used in pool was a part of that.)
