Liked: The location was perfect. Multiple restaurants near by and shopping across the street. The breakfast had plenty of good options. The fitness center was well equipped. The pool was comfortable and maintained well. Staff was very friendly and accommodating. The room was comfortable for our family of 5.

Disliked: No negatives. Everything was excellent.

Liked: The hotel is clean and comfortable i love the room options. We had a group of ten and everything worked out wonderfully for sleeping. The front desk staff was really nice I even called ahead to have a pizza order held at the desk because I wasn't sure we would make it before the pizza did and it was late and we really didn't want to stop with everyone. The breakfast staff on Monday different story they were rude. The pool was also nice I didn't get in but the kids really enjoyed it and it was clean. The beds were comfortable and it was in a nice area.

Disliked: Things we didn't like I really wish the rooms had a stove top the kitchenette is nice with a full size fridge why not have a two burner stove top? That wasn't a huge deal but where I had a problem was breakfast first we were told it ended at 9:30 which it did on Sunday so Monday I went down to fix waffles for the kids before we left because honestly the waffles are the only thing they had that was any good My daughter in law was already down there making theirs I started with the 2nd waffle maker and had about half the amount I needed to make a waffle it was 8:50 the lady behind the counter finally showed face a couple min later I asked for more batter she looked at her watch and said you have 3 mins sorry. I said I thought it was 9:30 she said read the sign outside my DIL was still working to gather the littlest kids so I dumped what mix I had in the waffle maker and was going to get cereal but there was no milk left. The lady offered to get milk for my DIL but when I was getting cereal she took the milk containers out. I took my youngest the waffle I had made and turned around to go get some toast or something for the others and she shut the door in my face while looking at me. All because I asked why the time was 9 and not 9:30 that interaction alone was enough to make me no longer want to use this place and again the waffles were the only good thing in there.

Liked: Staff was VERY friendly and helpful. Rooms and waiting area was clean and updated. Amenities in the room were great. Location to restaurants and stores was great.

Disliked: Parking was not great. They have 15 EV parking spaces right up front...WHY? and the loading zone is VERY small. Only 1 vehicle can park under the awning especially if it is raining...which it was.

Liked: The facility and staff were superb.

Disliked: The breakfast could have been a little more robust - no bananas either day and limited yogurt service.

Liked: The cleanliness and location

Disliked: The beds were hard, and the breakfast mediocre

Liked: Wonderful customer service by the front desk when we arrived.

I loved loved our stay here: 1. The team here is wonderful and friendly-- Special shout out to Yavanna from the front desk, who is amazing. She's helped us a lot. 2. The rooms always smell nice (housekeeping is awesome); their Zero% brand toiletries smell great and sensitive skin friendly 3. 24/7 hot drinks; water & ice dispenser and best of all, soda water! 4. Property is near shops like Marshalls and Walmart; Buffalo Wild Wings is a minute away. It's a pet friendly place but relatively peaceful (kudos also to the fur parents for managing their fur babies well). This hotel is just a year old so everything looks new and clean. I hope they can maintain it looking and smelling pristine. Some suggestions, please: 1. Room slippers 2. Luggage weighing scale at the lobby or a portable one that guests can borrow. 3. Maybe change up breakfast a bit like alternate with sausage or bacon. (Super liked the yogurt and sugar free juices.) This was our first visit to Columbus and I was anxious about booking the right hotel but thank God I found Home2 Suites in Agoda.

Liked: I loved the suite. It has a functional kitchen and I could cook my meals if I wanted to. There is a Walmart nearby to shop for groceries. If I wanted, I could walk to several restaurants and 2 strip malls. The bed was very comfortable and the bathroom was very clean. It offers breakfast with nice options. It has a pool with warm water that I enjoyed. All the personnel are very friendly.
