Absolutely Disgusting and Unacceptable Experience – Do Not Stay Here! This was one of the worst hotel experiences I have ever had. The entire property was filthy, both inside and outside. The room smelled terrible, including a strong cigarette smoke odor. There were roaches in the room, the walls were covered in dirt, and even basic necessities like a trash can and hand soap were missing. The bedding was absolutely disgusting. The sheets had visible stains, body hair, and an unpleasant smell. The bathroom was so dirty that we had to wear Crocs just to take a shower. The air conditioner was also breaking down, making extremely loud noises and giving off a horrible smell. To make matters worse, I had prepaid for **two separate rooms**: one with two full-size beds and another with a queen-size bed. When we arrived, the hotel only provided the queen room. Despite having paid in advance, they had not saved our second room. Because of their failure to honor our reservation, one person in our group was forced to sleep on the floor. The lack of cleanliness, poor maintenance, and failure to provide the rooms we paid for were completely unacceptable. The entire property appeared neglected, and the conditions were unsanitary. **I would not recommend this hotel to anyone.** Guests should not have to deal with roaches, filthy bedding, dirty bathrooms, broken equipment, or sleeping on the floor because a hotel failed to honor a prepaid reservation. This experience was beyond disappointing, and I strongly advise others to stay somewhere else.

If I could rate this from 1 to 10 I'll give this an 11 this is such a nice room and I have the kitchen and I will definitely be staying here for a while

Liked: It was centrally located right of the intersection

Disliked: There was black crawling bugs in my room every where. I’ve been trying to receive a refund because I didn’t stay in the room at all because I noticed them on the first night of arrival on the property but as of yet received a refund. Hopefully they will interact with Booking.com to get this done. It was not a good experience at all.

Liked: Easy to locate and staff real polite

Liked: The only thing good about this hotel was the price, but because it was as bad as it was that didn’t even end up being a positive.

Liked: Didny stay and woo not answer phone is I could cancel.

Disliked: Never saw it then kept tj money.

Disliked: TERRIBLE. Staff was rude and did not have the rooms we originally booked available. The area felt unsafe, and my room had a very strong odor of cat urine. The floor was slippery with it. I asked to change rooms & they told us they were over booked.
