“Used to be a great place to stay”
Liked: The location is great.
Disliked: I have stayed there 4 or 5 times before with a great experience. I reserved our room months ago and specifically requested the 2 br suite with 4 beds, and when we got there it wasn't available. One of the desk workers I encountered should not work in the hospitality industry (the other was very nice and helpful (Louis). Also, the carpet and upholstery were a bit stained and tired.

“Very good”
Liked: The size of the room. A full size refrigerator and microwave and separate living room is really nice. The staff was very friendly. Excellent location.
Disliked: All the furniture, carpet, bath fixtures, were very dated. Bathtub should be replaced with a shower only. I felt like the bathroom vanity area should be bigger considering the size of that room. It wasn't really enough room for two people. The bed and pillows were not comfortable. I did not get a good night's sleep on any night. In fact, I went out and bought another pillow for my own comfort.

“Exceptional”
Liked: It was near the state fair grounds, which is why I came to New Mexico. The night clerk, who was the first person I met because my plane left late and I didn’t get there until after midnight, Was very helpful and friendly. There was always fresh coffee.
Disliked: Every thing was great. The room was large and impressive, the staff were friendly, the breakfast good too. I liked everything and, if I ever return to Albuquerque, would stay there again.

“Convenient location and comfortable beds make this a good choice”
Liked: The property is perfectly located. Easy access to so much! The building seemed very secure and we had no problems. The bed was very comfortable.
Disliked: Everything is pretty dated and worn. The room could have been cleaner in the bathroom behind the door for example.

“Very good”
Liked: The room size was perfect for my family
Disliked: My room was a little dirty and there was no ice bucket. We used a pot from the cabinet. The breakfast was also not great.
