Honey Prince Hotel

There are bed bugs in the sheet. I think the hotel needs to do a deep cleaning of their rooms.

Bed has bed bugs. One staff from the hotel was rude. I asked him for a bed sheet because we have to change our beddings due to presence of bed bugs but he refused to give me one not until we showed him a live bed bug from the sheet. Also, elevator is smelly.

Terrible facility, no fridge, no room service, the rent is not cheap but its just bad

The stay is good. The room is a little bit small but the location is great.

Located at another older building nearby the receptionist desk, appears to be a residential flat. It is perfectly situated right inside the ximending street with lots of shops and eateries. Shower has good water pressure, aircond is cool, there is hair dryer and sofa but no table. Two large window in the room can be opened and closed. There is also water dispenser at common area. Other than that, everythings else feel very old. Seems quite reasonable for the budget price.

The reception is difficult to find to begin with, I ended up using Google Review pictures to understand where it was. And then once checked in, you're ushered to a different building entirely a few minutes walk away, which was entered at the back of another premises. Room was just okay, broken extractor fan and no window made it difficult to air out effectively. Some light stains on the bedding and towels with another hotel's name on them. Very noisy throughout the night with very little in the way of soundproofing between rooms/floors/corridors meant you could hear people clearly talking, using the toilet and showering elsewhere. Great location though, cannot fault the fact it's slap bang in the middle of town, but some basic maintenance and better communication from the hotel about the setup would go a long way.

Room is very small without any amenities

Location is superb. Place is far from pristine, looks like an old building not well kept. Water drops from the AC unit down to our bed. We were told by the staff to raise the temperature which does not make sense like we never requested for a heater! It is not clean, does not feel clean. The lobby is situated in another building. After checking in, we were directed to go to another building which can be troublesome if you have seniors travelling with you and is raining. Won’t recommend but if you are on a very very tight budget, go for it.
