Disliked: I was not able to access my room PIN, so I called all reception numbers and not 1 person answered. I managed to access the PIN again, but I would have been locked out all night otherwise. This is not acceptable, and I won't stay here again or recommend this hotel to anyone as a result. If you don't have staff in a hotel, you have to have a reliable number people can reach you on.
Liked: Location is perfect, beach, shops, restaurants all outside the front door.
Disliked: It wasn’t what you’d be expecting for how much it actually cost to stay here.

I was so scared when I booked this hotel due to the reviews that are here but when we got there it was amazing!!! The room and bathroom was clean and bright, the ac was working and keeping everything so cool and the location was phenomenal!! Close to all cool the restaurants and clubs and 4 beaches!! The only issues were the thin walls between rooms and some small ants and insects but they were no big deal aside from that it was great I was skeptical cause of it all being self check in and stuff but it was such a pleasant surprise and I’d defo go back!!

Liked: The location was good, close to nice beaches and near all the main restaurants and bars. It was well organised when given the room number and code etc beforehand.
Disliked: Extremely small room, feel it was a bit overpriced for the size. Unfortunately no staff on site at all, but luckily I had no issues, if I did I would have had to phone. Room got very very sandy from days at the beach, would be nice to leave the guests a small brush and pan so we sweep up the sand every day. Only one plastic bag in the bathroom which quickly got filled. Would be nice to leave a few more bags for the guests. Only three toilet rolls in the room, and I eventually had to buy myself some more. It was also a bit difficult to fall asleep, as the location is right on the Main Street so a lot of noise from the bars and restaurants (but very festive). It also would have been nice to leave a small soap for guests when checking in, with the towels. I forgot to pack a soap, and after arriving late on a hot day, I had to shower with no soap and had to buy soap the next day.
Liked: The location was perfect. It was very easy to find the hostal and check in into hostal and it was clean.
Disliked: At the night you could hear every noise from inside hostal and from outside so it was very hard to get some sleep. Also one morning we didn’t have water.
