Value for money, but too tight rooms

Disliked: I certainly booked this accommodation with breakfast included but they wanted me to pay an extra $300 for the 6 days for it. Not impressed Also the cleaner kept knocking at 8am that is way to early

I really liked the staff at the reception but then the rooms were not clean enough. I felt like a bit of a run-down old house. The bedsheet had a smell so my advice would be to avoid single bedrooms. Good location to travel around.

Disliked: bed was very old style so uncomfortable. bathroom access was so difficult to enter, tv was from 1990s very old.

I’m sorry to say that my stay at this hotel was very disappointing and did not meet my expectations. The biggest issue was the attitude of the staff, particularly at the front desk and in the restaurant. They were generally unfriendly, unwelcoming, and seemed uninterested in assisting guests. Instead of feeling valued as a customer, I often felt like an inconvenience. The breakfast was another major disappointment. The menu remained exactly the same every day from the day I arrived until the day I checked out. There was no variety or effort to offer different options, which became repetitive and unappealing, especially for a longer stay. The condition of the room and hotel facilities was also poor. The curtains were broken, the mirror was visibly smashed, and paint was chipped and peeling in several areas, giving the room a neglected and poorly maintained appearance. In addition, the beds were loose and unstable, making them uncomfortable and affecting the quality of sleep. Overall, the combination of unfriendly staff, repetitive breakfast offerings, and poorly maintained facilities resulted in a disappointing experience. I would not recommend this hotel unless significant improvements are made in both customer service and property maintenance.

Liked: The location is absolutely spot on. It's on the 17th arr. and is probably one of the best areas to live in Paris. The staff are very good and understanding. The rooms are quiet and the room service is very good. The lobby is amazing

Disliked: The amenities are pretty basic. Would have loved to see a minibar and an electric kettle. Plug points were also a little distant from the usual easy spots. Should have been a little price-friendlier or price worthy.

Liked: I'm glad that such a old Hotel chain has such great staff because that's the only thing they have going for them. Their staff went above and beyond for us.

Disliked: Having to pay for parking

Liked: Good Breakfast, More Vegetarian food required
