Hotel 4 Spa

Liked: Very nice setting, clean, friendly, efficient. I would come back to this location.

Disliked: The location, a little difficult to get to and commute to places of interest. The desk clerk was friendly and helpful, but he could not find our reservation and this caused a delay in getting located to our room. The restaurant was located in the pool area and we got rained on to get there. The restaurant also had many events going on. Parties in the dining room, there was a birthday party in the pool area in front of our room, and the music played until 1 AM. It was difficult to fall asleep.

Liked: Nice and clean

Liked: Room was nice and clean, housekeeping very friendly and accommodating. The lady tried to help my husband adjust the air conditioning to help see if it will work. She at least tried. Outstanding view and love the balcony Breakfast was ok. Pool staff are the greatest very accommodating and helpful.

Disliked: First day at ck in the maintenance came to room to repair air conditioning. No one told us it was not working. Air conditioning was working on and off in the room. When we requested for repair my husband was told the person will not be there until Tuesday. During hot days room could be humid. It was tough staying in the afternoon. When it is too hot. Always running out of cups and glasses for coffee and juice during breakfast. Breakfast exact the same. No variety for some guest staying for 4- 6 days A few days scrambled eggs were cold.

Liked: Breakfast was excellent.

Disliked: Fridge did not work and despite numerous requests it wasn't replaced. Pizzeria wasn't open yet.

Liked: Breakfast was good. Room was nice but didn’t get ocean view.

Disliked: Front desk staff were not very helpful. Gave us incorrect info for airport taxi fare. The entrance to the parking lot was very hard to find. The location was not good.

Liked: The property was beautiful. Pool Was amazing. View was spectacular.

Disliked: All was good

The room we got was right by some stairs or elevators, so there was constant banging and loud talking. Other than that, it was fine.

Solid hotel with nice facilities and mass parking area. We arrived late after been flown into the wrong airport due to etna and the staff were very friendly and sorted us out even though we arrived after check in hours. You’ve got a nice view of etna but if you want to go into Catania you must have a car. We had a taxi from the airport to the hotel to start with which was only 15 minutes but cost 50 euros so avoid them if you can.
