“Great stay”

Liked: Location was great. Staff were lovely.

Disliked: $25 contribution to breakfast didn’t cover one person and didn’t represent good value. Whilst the room had a fridge microwave dishwasher and coffee machine, (which was great) other than 2 mugs there was no crockery or cutlery no dishwasher tabs detergent or tea towel so it wasn’t very useable.

“It was quiet and the staff was friendly. It worked for the trip I had but not totally sure if it was worth the price.”

Liked: I liked that it was easy to book and was in a good location for shopping.

Disliked: I felt it was pricey for what you get. No free WiFi and small rooms for the price, plus no breakfast.

“Good location, pleasant enough stay”

Liked: Great location, functional room and bathroom, comfortable bed, lovely breakfast included in the Brasserie Cognac

Disliked: Strange hotel entrance with no doorman, a somewhat utilitarian lobby, loud air-conditioning system, relatively cheaply appointed room, 1-2 plug points did not work.

“Great comfortable stay within easy access of central NY locations.”

Liked: Room was larger than ‘normal’ for NYC and very comfortable bed. It was also quiet and restful. Felt comfortable and secure. Helpful staff.

Disliked: Our fridge leaked on the floor, it just needed to be defrosted. And as one of the lifts (elevators) was not in use, sometimes the wait was rather lengthy. But this was rectified after a day.

“Not recommended - be aware if hidden fees!!!”

Liked: - very good location - nice balcony

Disliked: - One Elevator broken during entire stay - all gym equipment broken during entire stay - you will be ripped of with a fraudulent house fee of 100 USD per night - even for the US a surprisingly high hidden fee for nothing
