Hotel 5 de Mayo

Liked: The room was really big and clean. The breakfast was delicious with a bunch of options for every dietary restriction.

Disliked: The bed wasn't very comfortable.

Liked: The property was exceptionally clean, and the employees were friendly and helpful. I had a little problem with the water in the bathroom when I arrived, and someone came up to address it immediately. The bed was comfortable, and I slept well. The breakfast the next morning was delicious and plentiful, and the staff were very courteous and helpful.

Disliked: This is not a problem with the property, but the air conditioner did not cool the room well. The air conditioner ran as it should, and the air did cool off some, but not as much as I would have liked. This is probably my own preference though and not really a problem.

Liked: Well located, facilities were much better than I expected

Disliked: Just pillows were too hard

Liked: The hotel was very comfortable, we loved the place. This was our second time staying at this hotel, the staff are very friendly and helpful.

Liked: Huge rooms, friendly staff, very clean.

Disliked: All hallways smelled like the breakfast cooking. Only Mexican breakfast food, very good but heavy.

Liked: Excellent rooms

Disliked: A little far from el Zocalo. Could be unsafe if you walk back to the hotel at night

Liked: Everything was clean and looked amazing the space was immense and the hot tub in the room was the best part...

Disliked: The poll needs a little more maintenance as..y clothes smelled pretty bad after it dried up...glad I showered right after the pool that was my only issue

Liked: Huge room. Quiet, despite being on a major street. Safe parking for our car. Good food in restaurant. I liked that they had a water jug in the entryway that you could use to fill up your water bottle.

Disliked: A bit of a walk to get to the tourist area. Doable but farther than I thought.
