“Mediocre and not good value relative to comparable places in Sacred Valley.”
Liked: Quiet and well kept grounds with flowers.
Disliked: Location is on outskirts of town and makes walking into town difficult. Breakfast was very mediocre. Peru has some of the most wonderful fruits and breads, but the breakfast was very bland and meagre. No gluten free or dairy free options were available. The bar was also mediocre and way overpriced. All in all not a good value for the price.

“Great way to wind down going in or coming from Machu Picchu”
Liked: The staff was especially accommodating and lovely. The grounds made this place a unique stay and close to town.
Disliked: The beds were quite firm and some updating might be needed in the bathroom

“Beautiful hotel with good location and breakfast.”
Liked: Quiet location only a 15-minute walk from Urubamba's Plaza de Armas. The grounds and gardens around the hotel are beautiful. The breakfast buffet is good but basic, with only a couple fruit and fruit juice options. The scrambled eggs are done well but the potatoes were undercooked. Wifi was strong throughout the property. The suite's jacuzzi was excellent and very comfortable for two people. I didn't try the restaurant or bar but in the evening there were people at both and they seemed happy.
Disliked: The furniture in the suite was odd and considering the room size seemed inadequate. The room felt empty and the printed flower photos on the walls were tacky.

“Well located hotel with amazing gardens.”
Liked: The hotel is located 7min walk from the main plaza, where you can find restaurants and store. The staff was friendly and kind. We loved the gardens, it is so beautiful and well kept. Peaceful and relaxing.
Disliked: The only small thing I would mention is the bed which was very hard. But we still managed to sleep well and I would return anytime. I highly recommend this hotel.

“Hotel Agustos is a solid 7 but restaurant disappoints”
Liked: Hotel Agustos is located away from the town square by a ten minute walk, but very quiet. The restaurant is full service, but breakfast was limited. Rooms are spacious, and the water supply is good for showers. Grounds are well done with great landscaping & flowers. Front desk was helpful Water is not filtered but only small bottles were for sale.
Disliked: The restaurant is full service, but breakfast was limited to white flour bread products, sugar based dry cereals, potatoes on the steam table, & sugared juice. Fruit ran out & was not replaced. Coffee & milk ran out an hour prior to the end & staff was resistive to restocking. Table wear & napkins were in short supply. The dinner meals were adequate, but again, service was spotty. Rooms were unheated & space heaters were not working well. This hotel appears to cater to Tour groups staying one night

“I will come back but not on the first floor due to the ants”
Liked: Nice facility.
Disliked: It had ants in both bathrooms and the second night they were in one of our beds. I got completely bitten by them.

“Very good”
Liked: The landscaping/gardens of the hotel were gorgeous and relaxing. There was a friendly sweet cat. The breakfast buffet was good, larger with more variety than at the other hotels where we stayed in Peru.
Disliked: Unlike some other places we stayed in Peru, this hotel did not offer any complimentary bottled water, nor was any available easily for purchase on site. When I asked at lobby desk, I was told I would need to buy bottled water at the restaurant, but it was the middle of the afternoon and no staff were in the restaurant. We ended up walking in to town to get water.
