“Comfortable stay, good service, close to tourist attractions.”

It is a clean room, a beautiful hotel, and the staff provides good service. The breakfast is considered acceptable. The dining area has service staff and is close to important landmarks in the city of Vienna.

“Great spot in Vienna”

A short distance from the Central Rail Station and just outside the old city center. If you're moderately active, everything is within walking distance.

“Very good”

Liked: Room was clean and checking in was easy. Restaurant is way overpriced 33 euros for breakfast this is like 75+ US dollars

Disliked: Bathroom suck’s, there is very little room between the toilet and the wall making it difficult to sit. The shower is elevated and there is no shower door, by the time I finished showering the bathroom floor was wet and also out into the hall.

“Great location, stunning hotel and friendly staff!”

Liked: Wonderful room, amazing location and such helpful staff. The room was already really clean, the bed was comfy and a nice modern bathroom.

Disliked: The curtain didn't close 100% so a bit of light was entering. Otherwise no other complaints!!

“Best of Best”

The location is so great. Access to trams and subways is very convenient, and all the staff are friendly. Especially when I mentioned that it was a trip to celebrate my son's graduation in Europe, they prepared a handwritten congratulatory letter and celebratory drinks for us. Thank you, Nia, Rohana, Victoria, and Johanna. The room is spacious and clean. I was happy to have breakfast at Apron, which has a Michelin star. After the concert at the Musikverein at night, we easily returned to the hotel. If I have the chance to visit Vienna again, I would love to stay here once more.
