Hotel Amoek

Buena instalación, ubicación, personal cordial. Únicamente no nos funcionó el televisor ya que no se conectaba a internet

El hotel tenía un muy buen precio con oferta en Bocagrande y por eso lo escogimos. Sin embargo, al llegar nos cobraron impuestos adicionales aunque la reserva decía incluir los impuestos. Las sábanas estaban manchadas y el cobertor manchado y roto. Quien nos recibió fue muy amable pero al cambiar el turno una mujer fue muy displicente. El check out en la plataforma indicaba 12:30pm, ella insistió que era a las 12 y que si lo requería debía "pedírselo" pero no "exigirlo" como parte del contrato, lo cual me pareció súper irrespetuoso y engañoso. Nos permitieron dejar las maletas y nos facilitaron una ducha después del check out: ese baño estaba muy sucio y la papelera rebozada. Creo que deben mejorar el servicio y la limpieza.

Me cobraron mas para justificar el IVA y no me lo aceptaron pagar con la tarjeta de credito... a la final pague lo que cuesta en un hotel lujoso

El joven que nos recibió fue muy amable y brindo información oportuna, pero cuando solicite aseo al resto del personal no se me presto atencion y dure 3 noches sin aseo en ningún momento en la habitación.

Disliked: We came back to the hotel to find that there was no water from 4pm the day before checkout to the morning of checkout. After we informed the front desk that there was no water, they kept telling us that the water would come back and the water never came back. I understand that the water can sometimes go out, but seeing the front desk do nothing about the issue and scroll on social media on their phones was the tipping point. I was requested a bucket of water to shower and the bucket came but only after asking for it FOUR times. It got to a point where I had to cross the street to another hotel and ask for a bucket so that I could fill it up myself at the side of the building. There is no reason that paying guests should be crossing the street and filling up a bucket of water and bringing it back just to be able to shower. The unresponsiveness of the water issue got so bad that we decided to pack our bags a book a night at another hotel nearby. On top of that, the room that we were placed in had zero windows and the walls were paper thin so we could hear all of the noise outside our room at night and in the morning. I will be requesting a refund for what happened to us during this stay. Extremely unprofessional from the staff and I suggest anyone that is looking to stay at this hotel to consider another hotel, even if it means paying more money. Also, the hotel gives you two towels, and if you need an extra towel, they charge you for it. I am not one to complain EVER about hotels, as I am quite the minimalist, but what I experienced at Hotel Amoek was simply blatant disrespect towards us and all the guests about the water situation. Again, do not stay at this hotel and consider paying extra for another hotel in the area.

Disliked: Lotería level had no windows room to small air condiotioning was leaking for severas days, and cause my granson to fall and fracture lower knee, refuse to give a refund. Spend spend 10 hours in the hospital horrible Service.
