Hotel Anaco

Liked: Not a lot.

Disliked: I was pleased that my co occupant played second row at rugby as this came in useful when trying to open the door to the room.

Liked: Location

Disliked: Electric sockets not working WiFi poor Beds on wheels and moved all night Room very dark No plug for bath

Liked: Only location. Nothing more.

Disliked: There were bugs, fleas, and all sorts of bugs

Liked: Comfortable and excellent location, right in the heart of the town centre, near every place we wanted to visit.

Disliked: The hotel did not have any food or drink services within the hotel itself, and the room toilet did not have any toilet brush. Also the door was very hard to open with the keys, and the plugs didn’t work properly.

Liked: Location affordable and the desk help was great Alvaro help us out. Let’s us store our luggage all day while we waited for the late flight and went shopping and had dinner

Liked: Just the location.

Disliked: There were bed bugs crawling around all over the bed. They got into our clothes, in the luggage. Bit us everywhere and left us with blisters everywhere. No english speaking staff in the night; They gave us another room at 5 am. The whole trip was ruined.

Liked: The location

Disliked: The bed bugs and lack of a light in the bathroom.

Liked: Only the fact that it was very central only that.

Disliked: The hotel was going through some renovation so there were a lot of dust and a lot of noise. Our room was wasn’t clean enough. We found some toenails on the floor and stayed there for three days. We found a used soap in the bathroom probably from previous customers full of hair. The bed had wheels and was moving and mattresses and cushions weren’t comfy at all. We had to request for clean towels on the third day and even though we put some on the floor, it seemed like they didn’t renew it.
