The location is great near by many shops, restaurants and convenient store in walkable distance. Staff are very nice!

The room cleaning was not very good. There were still hair strands and dirt on the floor even though I told the staff to clean it well. They provided room cleaning service every day but did not do it well enough. The room size was ok. Free water bottles service was very nice!

Close to subway station, clean and convenient to all.

Location is very good. It's convenient. We heard the rooms were small, but it wasn't a problem for us. Noise in the hallway and from the floor above carried through, and the vacuuming in the hallway starting around 8 a.m. was a bit of an issue. The rooftop café was fantastic, but it was disappointing that the set food items sold out immediately after opening.

Very disappointing service. I felt disrespected and looked down on. I accidentally made a duplicate booking through Agoda and asked the hotel for assistance. I accept that the booking mistake was mine, but the staff’s rude and dismissive response was unacceptable. They showed little willingness to help, leaving me feeling that they were taking advantage of an honest mistake. As a Thai guest, the way they spoke to me made me feel belittled and unwelcome. I cannot know their intentions, but I felt looked down on because of my nationality. No guest should be made to feel inferior when asking for help. I understand that booking policies apply. My complaint is about the lack of respect, empathy, and professionalism in how I was treated. This experience spoiled my stay, and I would not return or recommend this hotel.

Good location and comfortable.
