Hotel Arcade

Liked: I really appreciated the kindness of the staff at the restaurant during breakfast, as well as at the reception, both when I arrived in the evening and when I checked out with my family in the morning. They also resolved several issues with our booking and suggested great places to visit in Lucerne.

Disliked: What I didn't like was that during the check-in process, my wife and children weren't allowed to go to the room while I filled out the paperwork. They were very tired after spending many hours in the car, and even though it was explained to me that this is their policy, frankly, it was the only thing I didn't like.
