“Exceptional”
Liked: The grounds were beautiful! The staff could not have been more helpful. These lasies truly went above and beyond. They helped me find restaurants, book tours, and even see a sloth 🦥 on the property.
Disliked: Nothing! I will be back.

“Amazing get away and views on the volcano arenal.”
Liked: Super friendly stuff, very helpful with organizing tours and great recommendations. Breakfast buffet is amazing and loved the complementary treats! Locationwise its also well placed - outside the city but with a great view on the volcano but still close enough to walk to the city center.
Disliked: Everything was great! Can not complain.

“Somewhat below expectations”
Liked: Location is good, a few minutes drive away from La Fortuna city. Zeithal from the reception helped us book an amazing zip lining experience with free transportation included. You can observe different animals on the property and get a wake up call from the howler monkeys. There is a covered area to practice yoga (manduka mats and yoga blocks provided) and a mini gym with jungle view.
Disliked: We are both vegan and notified them upfront about that and they confirmed to have vegan options. It was a very slim offer in the end and the almond milk was sour, it went bad already and they didn’t have a replacement. The whirlpool is not with warm water, which is a shame.

“Oasis of silence wathing colibri s in the garden next to great pool and fantastic glamping”
Liked: Great tents with top service! The staff is extremely helpfull on every level! While the weather was rainy they were helping us on drying our shoes and clothes Possibility to do your own bbq. Nice garden with fantastic pool and jacuzzi

“fabulous stay surrounded by incredible wildlife with friendly and attentive staff”
Liked: Breakfast was fine, with a reasonable range of options and attentive staff. The setup of the “camp” was really excellent as it was impossible to tell that we were a couple of streets from town. The trees surrounding the glamping tents teemed with wildlife including rare birds like the Green Macaw, and the staff were really skilled and enthusiastic about locating them and alerting guests. Staff went out of their way to be attentive and professional. Tent was really comfotable
