Hotel Arte Natura

Liked: We loved our time here! Luckily we got an upgrade to a bigger room and it was really cool. All of the employees were super nice and made our stay so much better! They helped with transport, gave a lot of tipps on what to do (also for different budget ranges) and overall made sure we had a good time. They even tried to speak a little german to make us feel more welcome:) We had to leave before the breakfast and they made sure that we still got food and even offered to prepare the coffee machine for us. The free laundry and dryer is also a big plus and we were happy to use it. The outdoor kitchen seemed to have everything you need and the pool also looked nice. Also we saw some cute animals like lizards and a lot of birds in the garden. For the activities we did, the hotel had a good location, as some things could have been reached by foot, but also with an Uber driver it was easy to reach everything. Right next door is also a small restaurant and a minimarket, which came in really handy.

Liked: Very friendly people. You really feel welcome and they try everything to feel comfortable. It is just a few meters away from a minimarket and a good Restaurant

Disliked: In the rainy Season it is very humid in the room and therefore it is very hard to dry something

Liked: Really kind staff, peaceful place, very good breakfast, useful facilities. Super recommend!!!

Liked: Everything was perfect! Christal was a wonderful staff! Her hospitality was just amazing. We enjoyed breakfast every morning:) authentic atmosphere!

Disliked: Our room smelled a little wired. Maybe because it was a rainy season and just a humidity.

Liked: We chose it for the location, pool, and price. It was beyond what we expected. The location was great - just outside of La fortuna but within easy driving distance, with shops and restaurants a walk away. The hotel was laid out really well, with a cute little pool, free laundry facilities, and a communal kitchen. The breakfast was fantastic. The souvenir shop was the best in La fortuna and prices were more reasonable than in La fortuna. The staff were absolutely wonderful and went above and beyond. The rooms were clean and the beds were comfortable. We loved our stay here and would go back there in a heartbeat.

Disliked: Nothing negative to say.

Liked: We loved staying here! The staff were so helpful and friendly. The room was great - clean with aircon. The shared kitchen and laundry were also really useful. We loved the pool! The breakfast was outstanding - the best we had in Costa Rica. The location of the hotel is also great - secure parking and then a short walk to loads of good restaurants.

Disliked: Nothing - we loved it.

Liked: We repeatedly stay at Arte Natura as it has everything we need. It is quiet but you can walk to some of the restaurants in the village; it has a little pool, a washing mashine and dryer you can use and a common kitchen where you can keep your drinks cool. We like the italian restaurant Vagabondo, where they also serve breakfast; there is secure parking and the staff is nice. All we need and we will be back soon!

Liked: Delicious breakfast with great, child friendly choices, super friendly and helpful staff. We watched Kolibris in the yard around the pool and a big plus was the free laundry service!

Disliked: The room was a little dark and the a/c was quite loud.
