“This was a relaxing and nice way to stay in Hamburg, with easy access to everything.”
Liked: The hotel has a very specific exclusive and old-fashioned luxury, seldom found nowadays. Our car and luggage were taken care of as we parked outside the hotel - nice! The hotel has a very luxurious design with a huge lobby, nice bars and restaurants on the ground floor. The staff is very attentive. The room we got was large with a large and well-equipped bathroom with both a bath tub and a large shower cabin. The location is very good.

Liked: A wonderful stay at this hotel. The hotel is elegant, classy, and very comfortable. The rooms are beautiful, the atmosphere is relaxing
Disliked: The reception staff were not very helpful or welcoming when I accidentally booked the wrong date. They claimed there was no availability for the room I wanted, but Booking support managed to arrange it in the end.

Liked: The junior suite was fabulous. Absolutely outstanding, Nice and spacy. All freshly renovated. Very tasteful decoration. Excellent view on the lake. Away from any possible noise. We absolutely loved it.
Disliked: The construction going on in Hamburg City does affect the Hotel with a very difficult traffic situation. Not manageable by the hotel but unfortunately creating discomfort. Traffic jams right in front of the main entrance, late arrival of transportation. again not manageable by the hotel.

“Way too many issues from the moment I checked in till the very last night”
Fitness center was out due to ongoing construction, curtains not closing properly with huge gap, light post without a switch, house keeping entered my room to leave a bottle of liquid soap that I never asked for to begin with despite the don’t disturb sign being placed outside the door, a very rude waitress working in the lounge that I had to go to file a formal complaint against her
